** Position Summary
** UBP is sourcing a temporary local salesperson to assist in daily sales and collections efforts at our Cline Avenue and Houbolt Road assets.
** General Duties
*** 20-30 Face to face or phone calls per day delivering 1-2 key messages (bridge time & mileage savings, reliability, etc.)
* Executing pre-planned community events.
* Company research to access correct company contacts.
* Collections and sales/business development support.
* Administrative work including data entry, updating his/her market activity, results, and additional local team support.
** Skillset/Qualifications
*** Hard Working, reliable, punctual, clear communicator, Microsoft Office Suite with solid Excel skills, and ability to engage customers and the community.
** Other Personal Characteristics
*** Extroverted, positive individual.
* Self-starter; take-charge attitude.
* Collegial; partnership mentality.
* Unassailable integrity and ethics.
** Additional Information
*** This position is an on-site position in either East Chicago, IN or Joliet, IL and will support both assets.
* This is a part-time position at a rate of $15 per hour.
