- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer renewals and maximize revenue for the company.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage the renewal process from start to finish, including identifying potential risks and proactively addressing them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure a seamless and successful renewal process.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to the renewal process.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact the renewal process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to renewals and customer success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and renewal details.
- Utilize Salesforce technology and tools to manage and track renewal activities and progress.
- Meet or exceed renewal targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Provide regular reports and updates on renewal activities and performance to management.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the renewal experience for customers.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Mentor and train other team members as needed to ensure a strong and cohesive renewal team.

Compensation and BenefitsIn the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Salesforce offers a variety of benefits to help you live well including: time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
More details about company benefits can be found at the following link: At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $71,400 - $95,550 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $78,540 - $105,140 per year.
