Develop new business by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers within the territory.

Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized, workflow-based solutions.

Consult with laboratories to assess processes, optimize efficiency, and implement MADx technologies.

Build long-term relationships with clinicians, laboratory medical directors, and other key decision-makers in both public and private healthcare networks.

Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetration.

Manage pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, and Marketing to ensure aligned customer engagement.

Uphold compliance and ethical standards in all interactions.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years’ experience in complex sales (capital equipment, medical devices, or diagnostics).

Proven track record in new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years).

Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics workflows & healthcare systems in the U.S. market.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Independent, field-based work style with regional travel flexibility.
