The company actively engages its community through social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok, promoting conscious consumption and innovative tea-based products.

We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Director to join us part-time immediately, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as we scale.

• Own and manage distributor relationships across both non‑alcoholic and alcohol networks
• Drive revenue growth across retail, food service, and emerging channels
• Activate and manage accounts through KeHE, UNFI, Vistar, Sysco, and alcohol distribution partners
• Build and execute sales strategy alongside our founder‑led team
• Proven experience managing both alcohol and non‑alcoholic distributors
• Hands‑on experience with KeHE, UNFI, Vistar, Sysco, Rainforest, and major alcohol networks
• A self‑starter who thrives in a lean, fast‑moving startup environment
• Passion for the better‑for‑you beverage space
