Role & responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business and acquire customers.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage distributors and expand market reach & strategy.
- Track market trends and submit sales reports.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Ho Re Ca Sales (mandatory) and proven experience in the Frozen Food Industry or the Food Industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
- Familiarity with the frozen food or food service distribution landscape, supply chain management, and cold chain logistics.
