Role & responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B business and acquire customers.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Manage distributors and expand market reach & strategy.
  • Track market trends and submit sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Ho Re Ca  Sales (mandatory) and proven experience in the Frozen Food Industry or the Food Industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
  • Familiarity with the frozen food or food service distribution landscape, supply chain management, and cold chain logistics.
