Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed revenue targets through goal setting and performance management
  • Drive disciplined pipeline generation and forecasting execution, ensuring consistent self-sourced opportunity creation
  • Coach sales representatives on effective tele-prospecting techniques to improve outbound conversion rates
  • Monitor and manage prospecting activity metrics to ensure consistent pipeline coverage across the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to enhance sales effectiveness and operational excellence
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing an inside sales team in a fast-paced technology sales environment
  • At least 3-5 years of direct sales experience selling solutions with sales cycles under 90 days
  • Proven track record of solution-focused selling and leadership
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM and sales systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience utilizing modern sales engagement and conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong)
  • Familiarity with internet-based technologies and digital marketing solutions
  • History of leading teams in high-volume transactional sales environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility
