Senior Business Development Representative | AI SaaS | Workforce Management | Chicago (Hybrid) | $130K-$150K Base + OTE + Equity

Intalex is partnered with a high‑growth AI‑powered workforce management software company that is actively hiring a Senior Business Development Representative based in Chicago. The company develops AI‑powered workforce management software that helps large restaurants such as Burger King and McDonald’s, as well as retail businesses, automate employee scheduling, labour forecasting, workforce planning, and labour compliance.

The company has raised almost $35 M in funding and has built an established enterprise platform trusted by major organisations across the hospitality and retail sector. Their technology helps businesses reduce labour costs, improve operational efficiency, and make smarter workforce decisions through AI and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Engage enterprise restaurant, hospitality and retail organisations.
  • Book meetings with senior decision‑makers while shaping the company's go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Own the outbound sales function as the company's first dedicated outbound sales hire.
  • Influence how the commercial team grows over the coming years.
Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience as an outbound B2B SaaS sales professional.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a track record of creating pipeline and exceeding quota.
  • Experience or comfort in startup or scale‑up environments.
  • Self‑motivated with strong outbound metrics and excellent CRM discipline.
  • Confidence to engage enterprise decision makers.
