Associate National Account Manager - Menards

Location:

Minneapolis, MN / Milwaukee, WI / Chicago, IL market. The role is based within driving distance to Eau Claire, WI.

Job Overview

The Associate National Account Manager will help deliver sales results for Menards by ensuring operational excellence and execution within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key decision makers to drive our business.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to help drive the needs of managing our business.
  • Assist in SBD’s sales efforts with a dedicated merchant team.
  • Work with a distributor and the internal SBD team (sales, channel, brand, product, etc.) to coordinate key initiatives, drive key business strategies, engage in Product Line Review and Promotional Planning, and provide analysis and analytic‑based support.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision makers and internal teams to grow sales and solidify SB&D’s relationships with merchant, assortment planning, inventory, and marketing teams.
  • Act as liaison between our Account Team to help drive sales and execute key business initiatives.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Self‑motivated, high energy, persistent, with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven ability to drive growth.
  • Creative and innovative problem‑solving skills.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Superior interpersonal skills; proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of market, competitors, and environment.
  • Experience in a similar industry.
Compensation

Total target cash compensation range: $67,200.00 - $.

  • Base salary plus variable cash compensation; compensation may vary based on job level, location, experience, and other factors.
  • Eligible for sales incentive plan or commission.
  • Potential for annual merit increases.
