About the RoleAs a Carrier Sales Representative, you are a key contributor to Uber Freight’s business by generating and maintaining carrier relationships. You will be eligible to earn a monthly bonus, in addition to your base salary, in your first full calendar month and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, sales environment.
What the Candidate Will Do- Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email to build core and dedicated carriers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels where freight is picked up and delivered on time using safe, reliable carriers
- Meet or exceed team financial and individual performance goals
- Develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors that impact freight markets
- Manage carrier profiles by learning carrier requirements, needs, contacts and updating profiles regularly; advocate for carriers at all levels
- Acquire knowledge of freight network lanes, know what internal freight lanes we run and find carriers that match those lanes
- Minimum of 0–1+ years of professional experience in a sales/cold‑call setting or related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Track and trace experience
- Related experience in transportation and/or logistics

BaseSalary
The target base salary for this role is between $41,000 and $55,000.
