Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview

Licensed Benefits Advisor at One Digital Advanced Health, situated in downtown Chicago at Willis Tower. This in‑office sales role focuses on helping Medicare recipients select the right health insurance plans and enroll in them. You will receive paid training, licensing support and a high‑potential commission structure.

• Field live, pre‑screened inbound calls and sell health insurance plans and related products.
• Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls to revisit their Medicare options.
• Guide consumers through plan selection and application process.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on health insurance products.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving monthly sales goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal CMS and state legal requirements.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to management.

• Fast‑paced, competitive and performance‑driven mindset.
• Professional, self‑starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Computer proficiency; ability to use multiple screens.
• Must complete all licensing and legal background requirements;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

8‑hour shifts (Monday‑Friday). Shifts determined by performance. Open to working any of the following hours: 8:00‑5:00, 8:30‑5:30, 9:00‑6:00, 9:30‑6:30. Mandatory 6‑week training schedule.

In‑office position. Must commute to Willis Tower in downtown Chicago.
