About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline and support complex sales cycles. This high‑impact role requires ownership of strategic outbound execution and close collaboration with Business Development Executives (BDEs).
What You’ll Do- Prospect into target accounts via email, phone, and Linked In.
- Execute outbound campaigns and generate new opportunities.
- Follow up quickly on inbound leads.
- Identify key stakeholders and buying centers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for BDEs.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and Hub Spot.
- Partner with BDEs on account strategy and deal progression.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead quality.
- Provide feedback to improve messaging and targeting.
- Contribute to outbound playbooks and best practices.
- Consistently exceeding pipeline and meeting targets.
- Generating high‑quality, multi‑threaded opportunities.
- Strong conversion across inbound and outbound efforts.
- Becoming a trusted partner to BDEs.
- 2–5 years in BDR/SDR or inside sales roles.
- Proven success exceeding pipeline or meeting quotas.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services.
- Strong communication and business acumen.
- Highly organized and metrics‑driven.
- Resilient, competitive, and coachable.
- Proactive “hunter” mentality.
