Position OverviewStretch Lab is the national leader in assisted one‑on‑one stretching with more than 94 franchise locations across the United States. The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The role also helps retain and provide excellent customer service to current members.
Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Club Ready is preferred. This is a part‑time position that requires availability for a flexible schedule.
- Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individuals’ goals and needs.
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
- Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the club.
- Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients.
- Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
- Attend and complete all required training programs.
- Take pictures for social media platforms.
- Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Goal‑oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
- Self‑motivated and takes initiative.
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in‑person, phone, and email.
- Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Authorization to work in the United States required.
- This position offers a very competitive base rate.
