We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Leader to lead business growth initiatives, support customer relationships, and drive commercial performance. This role will be responsible for executing business strategies, managing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities, and leading a high‑performing team to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through customer retention, account expansion, and new business development.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support operational excellence and customer success.
  • Analyze business performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets and support financial planning activities.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial management, sales leadership, business development, or related functions.
  • 5+ years in sales management positions.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive business results.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specially Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
