Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the Immunology Sales Specialists in their district, coaching them to successfully launch an immunology biosimilar product to targeted physicians.
Responsibilities- Motivate, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the Immunology Sales Specialists in their district.
- Identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.
- Monitor field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing, and medical affairs.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years commercial pharmaceutical experience
- 5+ years district or regional management experience with established leadership performance
- Ability to travel as business needs require (50%)
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
- Advanced degree
- Previous immunology, biosimilar experience
- Diverse commercial experience in training, sales ops, market access, IC
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160K to $170K. Actual salary will vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Commission and bonus earn potential may also be available.
