As a Client Account Manager II, you will manage a sophisticated book of Mid Market advertisers, acting as a trusted consultant to optimize campaigns and drive value for Pinterest’s advertising platform. This is a velocity sales environment requiring comfort working at scale with a diverse client base.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow client accounts, collaborating with partners to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- Translate partner goals and data into clear, actionable insights for effective media strategies.
- Execute GTM strategies at scale across a diverse portfolio.
- Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement best practices.
- Participate in client meetings to understand needs, solve challenges, and promote Pinterest solutions.
- Clearly explain complex products and processes, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies.
- Build strong partner relationships and proactively expand opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Experience in digital advertising sales, preferably with performance advertisers.
- AI Enthusiast: curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and elevate client communications and recommendations. Uses AI to uncover insights and strengthen strategic narratives while maintaining quality.
- Proven ability to manage mutually beneficial client accounts independently.
- Strong knowledge of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building lasting partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Role requires being in the office or in-market 3 times per week and within commuting distance from the Chicago office.
- In-market focused sales team; travel in-market approximately 50% of the time.

US-based applicants only. Base salary range: $75,242—$131,674 USD. This position is eligible for equity and incentive compensation. Final salary reflects location, travel, experience, and skills. Benefits and culture information available here.
