Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 to $105,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive Plan.
LocationPrimary location:
Sacramento, CA or Portland, OR. Preferred candidates may be based in Chicago, IL, Kansas City, MO, Des Moines, IA, or Chicago, IL – not a mandatory requirement for the right person.
- Carry demo equipment, including accessories and detergents, on vehicles.
- Recruit and train qualified distributors to maintain market share in assigned area.
- Travel to and meet with distributors at their locations.
- Assist distributors in developing their sales, service, and parts departments.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge of the product line.
- Identify and recommend appropriate equipment for various situations.
- Teach customers about the benefits and features of our products versus the competition.
- Build consultant‑oriented relationships with all customers assigned to the area.
- Manage an annual sales and expense budget for the assigned area.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
- Three or more years of successful industrial sales experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally, the employee is required to use hands and fingers for telephone and computer use, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work EnvironmentWorks in an office setting with frequent travel required by automobile or airplane.
