Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Technical Sales Representatives within the assigned district.
- Drive district-level revenue performance, forecast accuracy, and execution consistency.
- Conduct regular coaching, deal reviews, and performance management activities.
- Ensure pipeline quality, opportunity progression, and CRM discipline across the district.
- Support complex deal strategy, pricing decisions, and escalation management.
- Lead regional channel partners and ensure alignment with Ener Sys sales strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in industrial, utility, energy, or technical sales.
- Prior experience leading teams or serving as a senior sales contributor with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and complex deal environments.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and drive performance across teams.
- Must be able and willing to work varying schedules which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
