The OpportunityWe're looking for an entrepreneurial, execution‑oriented commercial leader to build and scale RLCore's sales and partnership engine. You'll own revenue generation across direct customers while building strategic partnerships with engineering firms, system integrators, OEMs, industrial software providers, and technology partners that accelerate customer acquisition and market expansion. You'll work closely with the CEO, Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to generate qualified pipeline, build strategic partnerships, and grow revenue across industrial markets.
You'll own the commercial lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and opening doors through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events to developing strategic partnerships, leading enterprise sales engagements, and closing commercial agreements. You'll help establish repeatable sales processes, expand RLCore's presence across industrial ecosystems, and turn early customer success into scalable commercial growth.
You'll introduce a new category of industrial AI to customers, demonstrating how adaptive optimization improves operational performance, reduces energy, chemical and labor costs, and accelerates digital transformation across industrial operations.
Within your first year, you'll build a predictable pipeline, establish strategic partnerships, grow annual recurring revenue, and help accelerate RLCore's expansion from water into multiple industrial verticals. Success in this role will be measured by qualified pipeline generated, strategic partnerships established, revenue growth, and the creation of a repeatable commercial engine that scales with the company.

Key Responsibilities- Own revenue and pipeline targets across RLCore's target industries.
- Build and execute outbound sales strategies that consistently generate qualified opportunities.
- Lead the complete enterprise sales process—from prospecting and discovery through proposals, negotiations, pilot agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline health, and consistently deliver against revenue objectives.
- Continuously improve sales processes, conversion rates, and commercial execution.
- Proactively identify and engage industrial customers across priority markets.
- Build relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, controls engineers, process engineers, engineering managers, and executive leadership.
- Use outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, conferences, and industry relationships to create new opportunities.
- Develop compelling business cases that clearly communicate the operational and financial value of RLCore's optimization platform.
- Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships across engineering consulting firms, system integrators, OEMs, industrial software platforms, corporate venture organizations, and strategic technology ecosystems to accelerate customer acquisition, market access, and long‑term growth.
