Sales Enablement Associate

The Sales Enablement Associate is part of a three‑person Wintrust Wealth Management team and reports to the Sales Enablement Manager. The role focuses on driving social media presence for both Wintrust Wealth Management and Wintrust Investments and leading effective adoption of social media by front‑line employees.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Enablement Manager in driving social media presence and adoption.
  • Assist in creating all new content, collaborating with front‑line staff, managers, and CEOs to ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Assist with departmental improvement and/or expansion projects.
  • Fulfill field requests such as new or revised collateral, seminars and events, advertisements, mailings, and promotional item orders.
  • Deliver timely and quality output for weekly and monthly publications, quarterly and annual events, and holiday gift order fulfillment.
  • Manage relationships with third‑party suppliers of stationery, print materials, and promotional items.
  • Ensure timely upkeep of departmental infrastructure, including intranet, public websites, and social media accounts, and manage collateral, shared network drive files, marketing supplies, and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Three to five years of experience in sales enablement or a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite on both Macintosh and Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the financial markets or wealth management space.
  • Undergraduate degree.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 – $65,000, with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
