The Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel 55 Chicago leads the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue goals and expand the hotel's customer base. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

What you’ll get to do
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and market share
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience with sales and marketing software, including CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work in fast‑paced environments
