As an Agency Sales Manager
, you won't just manage operations; you will drive sales growth and build a business from the ground up. You will lead and develop a team of producers, set strategic sales targets, and coach team members on advanced sales techniques and customer engagement. As a future business owner, you will oversee prospecting, build local community partnerships, and ensure top-tier client retention.

Day-to-day, you’ll master agency metrics, refine marketing strategies, and maintain compliance, while collaborating closely with your District team to prepare for full agency ownership.

• Experience in sales, management, business operations, or a strong willingness to learn a new industry.

• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully paid by Farmers)
• Flexibility to open and scale your agency anywhere in the state of Illinois
• Proven background in sales, leadership, or small-team management
• Proven financial stability with the capital required to invest in and scale a start-up business enterprise (no fees, only proof of funds)
