Job Title: Solutions Sales Manager - Insurance & Insurtech

Salary Range: $130k to $160k Base + Sales Incentives

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Sales professional with deep Insurance or Insurtech experience to drive growth across North America.
This role is focused on selling AI-driven Insurance technology solutions to carriers, MGAs, brokers, and insurance enterprises. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling complex SaaS, AI, underwriting, claims, or insurance platform solutions while engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role responsible for generating pipeline, shaping opportunities, managing executive relationships, and closing enterprise deals.
What You Will Do- Drive enterprise sales opportunities across insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, and Insurtech organizations.
- Sell business outcomes and transformation initiatives rather than product features.
- Lead consultative sales cycles from discovery through contract execution.
- Build relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, underwriting leaders, claims leaders, and technology stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to develop compelling business cases, ROI models, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with strategic partners, consulting firms, and system integrators on joint opportunities.
- Lead RFP, RFI, PoC, and executive presentation processes.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive new business and account expansion.
- Represent the company at insurance industry events and executive forums
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, Insurtech, or insurance technology sales with a demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven experience selling complex business and technology solutions to insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, reinsurers, or insurance-focused financial services organizations.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial Insurance, Specialty Insurance, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Risk Management, or Insurance Operations.
- Demonstrated success managing and closing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple business and technology stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Experience leading consultative and value-based sales engagements, with the ability to articulate business outcomes, ROI, transformation benefits, and strategic value propositions.
- Track record of developing executive relationships and influencing decision-makers across business, operations, technology, underwriting, claims, and risk management functions.
- Experience driving opportunities from initial discovery through proposal development, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and successful deal closure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to develop compelling solution strategies for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive storytelling skills with the ability to engage senior leadership audiences.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic business initiatives.
- Experience selling Insurance Technology, Insurtech, AI-driven insurance solutions, underwriting platforms, claims management systems, policy administration systems, or insurance analytics solutions.
- Prior experience working with leading insurance technology platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity, Sapiens, Earnix, Verisk, Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions, FRISS, or similar solutions.
- Experience working with System Integrators (SIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), consulting firms, or strategic alliance partners in co-sell and joint go-to-market motions.
- Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, AI, analytics, workflow automation, digital transformation, and enterprise integration architectures.
- Experience responding to and leading RFPs, RFIs, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), executive workshops, and strategic solution presentations.
- Established network of relationships within the insurance ecosystem, including carriers, brokers, MGAs, reinsurers, consulting firms, and insurance technology partners.
- Experience participating in industry conferences, thought leadership initiatives, partner programs, and market development activities within the insurance sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Insurance, or a related discipline. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
