Joint Relief Institute is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outreach & Patient Acquisition Specialist to expand community partnerships and generate qualified patient leads. This role is responsible for building relationships, coordinating educational events, and driving new patient growth across assigned territories.

• Develop and maintain relationships with:
  • Senior living communities
  • Park districts
  • Libraries
  • Churches
  • Primary care and specialty physician offices
  • Schedule and coordinate educational events (Lunch & Learns, health talks...)
• Represent Joint Relief Institute in a professional and knowledgeable manner

• Secure a target number of community events per week
• Generate a target number of leads per event
• Drive scheduled consultations and track conversions to treatment start
• Own your pipeline from first contact to patient start-up

• Meet weekly and monthly event and lead-generation goals
• Track conversion rates from lead to consultation to treatment start
• Provide regular reports on outreach activity and results

• 2+ years of experience in outreach, business development, sales, or healthcare marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management is a must
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Healthcare or medical marketing experience is a plus

• $55K Base salary + performance bonuses
