Position Overview
As Treasury Management Officer III within PNC's Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL. Your role will focus on acquiring and expanding client relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing strategic financial solutions to clients with advanced needs.
Responsibilities- Set relationship strategies and direct relationship‑management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
- Work independently, often mentoring other team members.
- Create and drive strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, generating revenue and deepening share of wallet.
- Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non‑credit products and services.
- Manage risk/return and maintain quality for new and existing clients.
- Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
- Focus on client opportunities by providing insights based on the client’s needs and financial well‑being.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification.
- Generate ideas and best practices within Treasury Management, mentoring others as needed.
- Maintain a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
- Ensure awareness of the full range of PNC products and services.
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Analyze, evaluate, and inform on complex treasury product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.

- Master’s degree, PhD, or certifications desirable.
- Industry‑relevant experience typically 8+ years.
- Specific certifications often required.
