Position Overview

As a Capital Markets Managing Director I‑Sales (IC) within PNC’s Private Markets Coverage organization, you may be based in New York, NY or East Brunswick, NJ;
Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL may also be considered.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales activities and strategies for capital markets, managing and developing select client relationships.
- Provide a superior client experience.
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements; assist senior leadership with strategic planning for the group.
- Partner with the sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop client materials.
- Provide appropriate solutions based on in‑depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions.
- Allocate client coverage to optimize alignment.
- Coordinate the execution of sales and marketing strategies including new product development to maximize sales and new business activity.
- Continuously develop knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide coaching and leadership to develop the line of business.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or PhD desirable.
Industry experience: 8+ years in capital markets or related fields.

Base Salary: $ – $. Incentive eligibility is based on company, business and/or individual performance.
