Position: Capital Markets Managing Director I-Sales (IC)

As a Capital Markets Managing Director I‑Sales (IC) within PNC’s Private Markets Coverage organization, you may be based in New York, NY or East Brunswick, NJ;
Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, Charlotte, NC or Chicago, IL may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales activities and strategies for capital markets, managing and developing select client relationships.
  • Provide a superior client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements; assist senior leadership with strategic planning for the group.
  • Partner with the sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop client materials.
  • Provide appropriate solutions based on in‑depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions.
  • Allocate client coverage to optimize alignment.
  • Coordinate the execution of sales and marketing strategies including new product development to maximize sales and new business activity.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements.
  • Enforce compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to develop the line of business.
Qualifications

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or PhD desirable.

Industry experience: 8+ years in capital markets or related fields.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $ – $. Incentive eligibility is based on company, business and/or individual performance.
