We're hiring a Territorial Inside Sales Manager in Wood Dale, IL.
Sterling Engineering is partnering with a longtime client to hire a Territorial Inside Sales Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing manufacturer of electrical temperature components. If you have a strong background in technical inside sales within custom manufacturing and enjoy building customer relationships while providing technical solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company known for its strong leadership, employee retention, and collaborative culture.

Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $90,000 to $95,000 annually
What You'll Do:- Manage inside sales activities from lead qualification through order close
- Prepare accurate product quotations and recommend custom solutions
- Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
- Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
- Partner with customer service to ensure seamless order processing
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 6+ years of inside sales and account management experience
- 2+ years of experience within industrial manufacturing
- Experience supporting custom manufactured products tailored to customer specifications
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex product information
