Bristlecone is seeking a high-performing Enterprise
Account Executive
- Manufacturing to drive new business growth across North America. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring net-new enterprise customers, building executive relationships, and closing complex, high-value consulting and technology engagements.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will partner with Bristlecone's leadership, solution experts, and delivery teams to develop account strategies, create qualified pipeline, and deliver business outcomes for leading manufacturing, automotive, industrial, and supply chain organizations.

Key Responsibilities- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across assigned North American enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain C-level and executive relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders from discovery through contract execution.
- Position Bristlecone's supply chain consulting and technology solutions by aligning customer business challenges with measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, solution consultants, and delivery teams to develop compelling client proposals and value propositions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity updates within CRM.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer priorities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, competitive insights, and solution enhancements.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling complex software, consulting, or digital transformation solutions.
- Experience selling into manufacturing sector, with deep experience in the automotive
- Proven track record of consistently acquiring and closing net-new enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- Experience selling to C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build business cases and articulate measurable business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong background in enterprise Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or digital supply chain solutions.
- Experience selling solutions such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Körber Supply Chain, Anaplan, SAP Supply Chain, Oracle SCM, o9 Solutions, or similar enterprise platforms
. - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- Consistently exceeds annual revenue and new logo acquisition targets.
- Builds a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Establishes trusted executive relationships with strategic customers.
- Successfully positions Bristlecone as a strategic digital supply chain transformation partner.
