Job Purpose

The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for leading business performance management routines and key programs/initiatives focused on executing the full fairlife portfolio across all routes to market for the Sales Organization. The role provides a seamless process that aligns customer needs with strategic priorities, market initiatives, AMPS guidance (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, Shelving), and growth objectives, and supports the Retail Sales Organization in collaborative, strategic business planning for top customers.

Responsibilities
  • Leads and maintains the suite of sales resources and reporting tools for access and distribution to the sales team.
  • Leads performance management tracking and monthly reporting routine (e.g., RE / Plan Check meetings) to communicate customer plan status with internal stakeholders.
  • Works seamlessly across multiple internal and external functions including Business Intelligence, Brand, Category Commercial, Revenue Growth, Shopper Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Supports and delegates work assignments to appropriate individuals, providing sufficient direction to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Provides customer and sales data/reporting subject matter expertise to the Data Intelligence Team.
  • Leads process management and deliverables fulfillment for the Annual Business Planning process within the Retail Sales Organization.
  • Collaborates with Commercial and Supply Chain to manage system communication and decisions on product supply priorities and conditions to the retail selling organization and customer teams.
  • Tracks and evaluates KPIs and AMPS objectives (e.g., Availability and Space gains) for the Retail Sales Organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years CPG sales or commercial experience, with a focus on food or beverage products preferred.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to tell a compelling story and drive business plans to achieve objectives.
  • Strong business acumen and general management capability with fiscal responsibility mindset.
  • Proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial skill set; thrives in a multi‑faceted environment.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in English:
    Comfortable with both written and verbal communication.

Compensation & Location

Base pay range: $115,000—$130,000 USD.
