• Achieve defined sales targets and close transactions on a daily basis.
• Assist in personnel selection and development and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines in an ethical, moral and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance goals of direct reports.
• Take constructive involvement in daily sales meetings.
• Collaborate with the Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing training.
• Recruit future sales associates.
• May be responsible for group sales presentations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Generally starting at $63,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The actual salary rate will be determined by factors such as experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
