• Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas in your local retailer.
• Help customers lower energy costs and uncover consumer desires.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach goals and celebrate success.
• Document and report sales accurately and keep workstation well‑organized.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average earnings $800–$1,000 weekly plus first‑sale bonus.
• Base pay plus uncapped commission.
