• Achieve defined sales targets and close transactions on a daily basis.
• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines, representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Recruit and train future sales associates and evaluate the performance goals of direct reports.
• Collaborate with the Site Trainer to facilitate initial and ongoing training.
• Participate constructively in daily sales meetings.
• May be responsible for group sales presentations and other duties as assigned.

Generally starting at $63,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The actual salary rate will be set based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
