As a vital member of our Sales team, you will drive new revenue from select target accounts and nurture leads generated by our BDR team. • Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of SaaS experience.
• 3+ years of selling into Financial institutions or contact centers/customer experience software.
• 3+ years of complex sales experience.
• Track record of consistently exceeding performance expectations.
• Outstanding communication proficiency in phone, email, and other channels.
• Ability to navigate complex and intricate sales processes.
• Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
• Located in Chicago, IL.
