Key Account Manager Sr. (KAM) – Rare Diseases

· Epilepsy US team.

You will manage marketing and sales objectives for customer segments in an assigned territory, prioritizing budget allocation and leading marketing initiatives to achieve sales goals. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—medical, reimbursement support, managed market, specialty pharmacy, and other stakeholders—to communicate customer needs, build appropriate solutions, and support patient education and disease‑state awareness in the community.

• Exceed sales objectives by implementing marketing initiatives and developing business plans.
• Maximize impact by leveraging all available data sets and stakeholder input.
• Seek qualified leads and effectively profile new accounts, refining call planning and routing to optimize schedules.
• Maintain working knowledge of local managed care reimbursement.
• Emphasize accountability and the highest standard of ethical conduct.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• 7+ years of biotechnology/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 4–6+ years of rare/orphan drug experience.
• Proven, documented track record of delivering consistent sales results.
• Experience calling on customers at a variety of call points (academic centers, community hospitals, private practice offices) both in person and virtual.

• Experience promoting CNS/neuroscience products, including epilepsy.
• New product launch experience.
• Specialty pharmacy/REMS experience.

Estimated base salary range: $150,000–$210,000 per year.
