Entry-Level Sales Associate

Atlas Marketing Group Inc. is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Associates. No previous sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path into our Business Development and Management Training Program.

As a Sales Associate, you'll represent nationally recognized clients through face-to-face customer interactions. You'll educate customers about products and services, provide exceptional customer support, and help drive new business growth. As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to participate in our Business Development and Management Training Program, where you'll learn the fundamentals of team leadership, client relations and business operations.

• Hourly base pay (paid weekly)
• Uncapped commission opportunities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Educate customers on products, services, and promotional offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support sales initiatives while contributing to individual and team goals.
• Develop professional skills in customer service, business development, and consultative sales.
• Participate in ongoing leadership and management training as you progress.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
