Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Consultant

McGrath Lexus of Chicago provides Luxury Cars and Exemplary Service to our customers in a Beautiful and Modern State-of-the-Art Facility. We are BOOMING with business and need to hire EXPERIENCED full-time PRE-OWNED SALES CONSULTANTS to help customers purchase a vehicle. At least 2 years of auto sales experience is required,
preferably with a luxury brand.

Responsibilities - Pre-Owned Sales Consultant:

• Help customers purchase a pre-owned luxury vehicle
• Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
• Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key!
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Provide a satisfied buying experience to every customer
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers

Qualifications - Pre-Owned Sales Consultants:

• At least 2 years of Auto Sales experience is required, luxury brand auto sales is preferred
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

McGrath Lexus of Chicago opened in 1999 on Division Street at the nearest corner of the Kennedy Expressway, which has a four-way interchange. It's only five to ten minutes away from the Loop and most of the surrounding downtown area and near north neighborhoods.
