Director, Strategic Accounts-Financial Markets

Overview

The Director, Strategic Accounts will build a sustainable base of business that meets and exceeds revenue and order intake objectives for agreed upon accounts in their assigned territory through tenacious focus on Glory Global Solutions sales process. This role focuses on strategic enterprise accounts, multi-year growth, and executive-level engagement.

• Lead the expanded sales initiative across the banking industry (Banks and Credit Unions), driving new business growth.
• Be well organized with a plan for working the territory and managing the entire sales pipeline daily—from creating new leads, qualifying leads, developing opportunities, creating value, presenting solutions, to closing new business.
• Act as a “Hunter” while maintaining and growing the business relationships that were started.
• Focus on the top mid-tier prospects across financial markets and employ strong prospecting skills toward major banking organizations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage a territory.
• Experience managing the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
