We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director – BFSI to drive strategic growth across the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role is responsible for new client acquisition, executive relationship management, large deal origination, and expanding our footprint across the U.S. Central region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory growth strategy for BFSI accounts.
- Acquire new enterprise clients across Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Fin Tech, and Insurance.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead complex enterprise sales and large transformation pursuits.
- Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives.
- Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and alliance teams to develop winning solutions.
- Drive revenue growth, bookings, and market expansion.
- 15+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance.
- Proven success selling IT Services, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, or Managed Services.
- Demonstrated experience in new logo acquisition and large enterprise deal pursuits.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging CXOs.
- Experience working with a global IT Services or Consulting organization.
