About the Team
The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team was formed in 2021, and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across Door Dash’s core categories. The growing Door Dash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.
Aboutthe Role
As an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate growth of our ads and promotions offering and drive efficiency of our sales team. In this role, you will execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing while also analyzing reporting to drive campaign performance. You will work hand in hand with the Account Executive and clients to ensure seamless launch of all marketing campaigns for the team’s largest partner
- McDonald’s. You will also work cross-functionally with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams to improve our tools and processes.
- Be a founding member of the Door Dash Ads & Promos team
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to learn, streamline, and improve our processes and tools.
- Grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for Door Dash by optimizing campaign delivery and performance.
- Drive efficiency and productivity by executing campaign contracts, managing campaign setup, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
- You have a 4-year college degree.
- You have 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
- You have experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack
- You have the ability and aptitude for learning new concepts, programs, and technical tools on the job
- You are extremely organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and can balance multiple projects and work streams simultaneously. You consistently meets deadlines and thoroughly follow process.
- You are analytical and familiar with advertising goals and KPIs. You are motivated by data-driven problem solving and have excellent Excel / data analysis skills.
- You excel at communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- You are self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments.
- You have a passion for data, operations, and customer service, and are ready for a new challenge.
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
