We're looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Assistant to represent clients at promotional events, retail pop-ups, and community campaigns across Chicago.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll engage with people in person, build relationships, promote products and services, and contribute directly to customer acquisition and sales results. If you enjoy meeting new people, communicating confidently, and working in fast-paced environments, this opportunity offers hands-on experience with ongoing training and development.

As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll play an important role in delivering face-to-face sales & marketing campaigns by:

• Engaging with customers at live events, retail promotions, and branded campaigns.
• Representing clients professionally and making a positive first impression.
• Introducing customers to products, services, and current promotions.
• Building rapport through excellent communication and active listening.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Contributing to sales targets through ethical, customer-focused conversations.
• Supporting brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate campaign information and providing customer feedback.
• Working collaboratively to deliver successful promotional campaigns.
