Business Development Executive

Open doors and build relationships with US businesses that need custom software and AI solutions. You will own the pipeline from first conversation to signed engagement, backed by a delivery team that makes you look good. This is a hunter role with the support of a company that delivers what you sell.

• Generate and qualify leads across US mid-market and SMB segments.
• Run discovery conversations to understand prospects’ technical and business needs.
• Build and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel through outbound and networking.

• Craft proposals and statements of work with the delivery team.
• Negotiate and close five- to six-figure engagements, then stay close through kickoff.
• Maintain a clean CRM and forecast pipeline honestly.

• Represent NeonAITech at industry events and local business networks.
• Nurture long-term relationships that turn into repeat business and referrals.
• Feed market signals back to leadership to sharpen our positioning.

• 3+ years in B2B sales, with IT services or software development sales strongly preferred.
• A track record of hitting quota selling five- to six-figure engagements.
• Ability to hold a credible conversation about software, cloud, and AI with technical buyers.
• Excellent written communication — your proposals close deals.
• Based in or near Chicago, with willingness to travel regionally.

• An existing network of US business decision-makers.
• Experience selling offshore or blended delivery models.
• Familiarity with Hub Spot or Salesforce.
