Field Sales Trainer

Trelevate is seeking a Field Sales Trainer to coach and develop high-performing sales teams for leading telecom and media clients. In this role, you'll deliver in market and classroom training on prospecting, needs-based selling, and product knowledge across residential, SMB, and enterprise segments. You will ride along with reps, provide real-time coaching, track performance metrics, and partner with sales leaders to improve onboarding, close rates, and territory execution.

Ideal candidates bring strong field sales experience, facilitation skills, and a passion for developing others in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver field and classroom sales training for telecom and media offerings
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Onboard new sales reps and reinforce sales process and best practices
• Develop and refine training content, tools, and playbooks
• Track sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps and opportunities
• Partner with sales leaders to improve close rates and territory execution
• Facilitate product, systems, and compliance training
• Support rollout of new campaigns, offers, and go-to-market strategies
• Maintain expertise in telecom, media, and related product portfolios
• Promote Trelevate's high-performance, integrity-driven culture
