We are seeking a friendly dependable and motivated Treatment Coordinator Translator to join our dental team in Bridgeport IL.

This is a great entry level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in dentistry.

No prior dental experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Cantonese and Chinese and have a passion for helping patients while providing excellent customer service.

• Assist with communication and translation between patients and staff
• Greet and check in patients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist patients with forms and office paperwork
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support front office operations and administrative tasks
• Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience

• Fluency in Cantonese and Chinese is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional dependable and organized
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dental experience is a plus but not required

• Part time position
• Must be available 3 to 4 days per week
• Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
