Interior Designer​/Sales Professional

Our client is a well-established, luxury home furnishings showroom with decades of experience helping customers transform their homes through exceptional products and personalized design expertise. They are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Interior Design Sales Consultant to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has an eye for design, and wants to build a rewarding career in a beautiful retail showroom environment.

• Welcome customers & designers into the showroom and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Help customers select area rugs, carpeting, and flooring solutions that complement their home and lifestyle.
• Provide design recommendations based on color, texture, size, functionality, and budget.
• Develop lasting relationships with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and repeat clients.
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, and follow projects from initial consultation through installation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after installation.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandising standards.
• Stay current on interior design trends and product knowledge.
• Achieve individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Previous experience in interior design, home furnishings, flooring, furniture, or a luxury showroom environment preferred.
• Passion for interior design, home décor, or helping customers create beautiful spaces.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare quotes and sales orders.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
