• Customer engagement: Greet and assist customers, identify needs, and provide a professional, consultative car salesman experience from first contact to delivery.
• Multilingual customer support (preferred): When possible, assist customers in their preferred language—especially Spanish
  , Ukrainian
  , Polish
  , or Russian
  —to improve clarity, comfort, and customer satisfaction.
• Product knowledge: Learn Ford vehicles, trims, technology, warranties, and competitive comparisons.
• Sales process: Manage test drives, trade-in appraisals (as applicable), pricing discussions, and purchase paperwork in partnership with managers and finance.
• Financing & protection products: Introduce financing options and coordinate with the finance team to support a smooth close.
• Follow‑up & relationship building: Maintain communication to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and generate repeat and referral car sales

• Goal achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly automotive sales targets.
• CRM & lead management: Use CRM tools to track opportunities, appointments, and your auto sales pipeline.
• Training & teamwork: Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with sales, service, and finance to deliver a great customer experience.

• Sales experience: Prior experience is preferred but not required (customer service,
  retail sales, or auto sales experience is a plus).
• Language skills (preferred): Bilingual/multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply—especially those fluent in Spanish
