Chicago Trading Company (CTC) is seeking a Head of Institutional Derivatives Sales to establish a new agency options business. In this role, you will lead business development, manage institutional client relationships, and oversee all aspects of the agency options platform.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience on a sales desk, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in client acquisition within institutional options markets.
CTC offers a hybrid workplace model and competitive compensation, including a salary range of $200k–300k plus bonuses.
