TATUM Consulting Solutions Director
We’re looking for a TATUM Consulting Solutions Director.
As the driving force behind client acquisition and growth within Tatum, you will focus on the private equity, mid‑market, and enterprise finance sectors. This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you partner with the Office of the CFO to deliver high‑impact project solutions and interim leadership talent, leveraging your proven success in solution‑based sales within the finance consulting space.
Your typical day includes engaging in high‑level, discovery‑driven conversations with CFOs and senior finance leaders to understand their most critical challenges, from M&A readiness and compliance to ERP transformations. You will design and propose tailored project solutions, own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, and act as a trusted advisor to key clients.
- Develop and manage a target account list of CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders.
- Design and propose tailored project solutions and talent strategies.
- Own the full sales lifecycle and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with key finance stakeholders.
- Partner with clients to scope projects, define objectives, and align talent.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams and other Randstad business lines on complex engagements.
- 5+ years of experience in business‑to‑business sales, preferably within professional services, consulting, or finance & accounting staffing.
- Experience selling professional services, consulting solutions, or interim project work to senior finance stakeholders (Director or C‑suite level).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred (CPA or MBA a plus).
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations (e.g., close, FP&A, audit, SOX, ERP).
- Proven ability to sell consultative solutions and thrive independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
