• Serve as the primary external sales representative for investment solutions across the Midwest region
• Raise capital for investment funds through wirehouse Financial Advisors, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Independent Broker Dealers, and other intermediary channels
• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with alternative investment-focused advisors and key centers of influence throughout the territory
• Partner with product specialists, investment professionals, and marketing resources to deliver highly consultative, content-driven sales engagement
• Execute territory business plans designed to drive advisor engagement, increase wallet share, and achieve asset-raising goals
• Coordinate advisor meetings, educational events, conferences, and client presentations throughout the region
• Maintain a high level of expertise regarding investment strategies, private credit markets, alternative investments, and industry trends
• Travel extensively throughout the Midwest territory to support advisor relationships and business development efforts

• Minimum Bachelor s degree
• Minimum 7–9 years of financial industry experience
• Significant experience with alternative investment sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Salary: $200,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
