Sales Draft Recruiting is hiring Solar Sales Representatives in the Chicago area to help homeowners and small businesses access clean energy. This is an outside, customer-facing role with paid training and a base draw plus uncapped commissions.
You will meet clients locally, explain the benefits of solar energy, and work toward weekly and monthly sales targets. Earn OTE of $65K–$120K+ with incentives and growth opportunities.
