Modernization Sales Executive

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Application Modernization Sales Executive to drive new business with P&C insurance clients. You will lead the full sales cycle for application modernization, cloud, and digital transformation services-prospecting, qualifying, solution shaping with technical teams, and closing multi-year engagements. Partner with global delivery and consulting teams to align solutions to client roadmaps, grow strategic accounts, and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for application modernization and cloud services to P&C insurance clients
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Prospect, qualify, and build a strong pipeline using CRM and structured sales methodologies
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape compelling modernization proposals
• Present value propositions and proposals to senior and C-level stakeholders
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close multi-year transformation engagements
• Expand relationships within key P&C accounts to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Provide market and competitive insights to inform go-to-market strategy and offerings
• Accurately forecast sales performance and report on activities to leadership
• Represent NTT DATA at industry events and with partners in the insurance ecosystem
