** Associate Sales Representative*

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will partner with an experienced Sales Representative(s) to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth. This field-based position provides exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management while building a foundation for long-term career development.

** What You Will Do*
* + Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.

+ Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.

+ Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.

+ Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.

+ Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.

+ Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.

+ Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.

** What You Will Need*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree.

+ Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.

+ Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.

+ Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.

+ Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

$77,000 salary and may be eligible to earn a bonus + benefits (adjust accordingly for high COL areas, and for ET which is $60,000)
